How do I know my yard is secure when you leave?
As our technician leaves your pad, we’ll snap a picture of your locked gate and send it to you so that you can rest easy.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
As long as your pooch is friendly, yes! All of our technicians love dogs and are always stoked to see the culprit behind the poop.
Do I have to be home when my yard is serviced?
Nope! We’re all about convenience, so you don’t have to worry about making it home in time to meet us. As long as we have easy access to your yard, everything is groovy!

Is there an extra charge for larger dogs?
We love dogs of all sizes! Whether your pup (and their poo) is big or small, you’ll pay the same price.
How many dogs can I have?
We’re going against the status quo of our competitors—our standard pricing includes up to four dogs! We believe the more, the merrier. Additional dogs may incur an additional fee.
What if my cleanup day falls on a holiday or has bad weather?
If the day that we’re supposed to scoop falls on a holiday or we can’t make it due to weather (shoutout Texas!), we’ll come the day before or after.
Will you do my front yard?
Yes! Just let us know and we’ll give you an updated service price.
What do you do with the dog waste after you scoop it?
After every visit, we take the poop with us. No more stinking up your trash!

We love working with businesses in our community! If you have a commercial property that dogs frequent, like a dog park, HOA, or apartment complex, we can scoop it for you– with special pricing! Drop us a line to find out your options.

Scoopy Doo Pros offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you’re not completely stoked with your poop scoop service, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right in the form of a credit or free visit.
Product Safety
Do you sanitize? Is it pet-friendly?
We know that dog poop can contain some nasty stuff– that’s why we offer a sanitization add-on to any scooping service! Any products that we use are always pet-friendly.
Can you deodorize my lawn or fix the brown spots in the grass?
Yup! With our deodorization and turf corrector add-on, stinky smells and dead spots are no longer a problem. You’ll start to see results in your grass in just 10 days, and the smell will improve instantly!
What deodorizing and turf corrector products do you use? Are they pet-friendly?
We exclusively use Turf K9 Corrector. It’s effective, smells great, and, most importantly, is completely safe for both pets and humans.

Do you pick up after livestock or farm animals?
Some dogs may be as big as a horse, but we currently do not pick up after *actual* horses and other livestock. Our team is working to solve that issue!
Will you walk my dog?
Rest easy! Dog walking services are coming soon.

No contracts over here! We believe in flexibility and freedom.
Do you do one-time cleans?
Whether you want a clean yard for a special occasion, your kid is away at camp and can’t scoop, or you just want to try out a service, we’re happy to offer one-time scoops!

What are your payment policies?

Do you scoop litter boxes?
Our workforce is currently only made up of dog people! Unfortunately, we do not scoop litter boxes.
Do you service lots more than ½ acres?
We scoop in yards of all sizes! If your lot is bigger than half an acre, let us know when booking.
